• Duck Creek Billing experience is required.
• Knowledge of Duck Creek policy and billing modules is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical and solution design across a Duck Creek implementation (Policy, Billing).
• Configure Duck Creek Core capabilities to integrate rating, policy and billing workflows into a consistent policy administration experience for internal and external users.
• Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate policy administration requirements into detailed Duck Creek solution designs with clear acceptance criteria.
• Validate technical feasibility of new features by analyzing Duck Creek platform constraints, estimating effort and proposing pragmatic solution options that align with program timelines.
• Create detailed functional and technical design documents that describe rating logic, policy transactions and integration touchpoints for the broader delivery teams.
