Job summary

iVisa is expanding its global team. We are seeking a Processing Agent to review traveler documents, apply visa requirements, and process applications using internal and government systems. You will spot errors, follow procedures, and suggest improvements while supporting a fast-paced travel product environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a proactive ownership approach. Flexibility for a global schedule and growth within a tech-savvy team are offered.

As a Processing Agent you'll be responsible for:

• Review traveler information and documents to ensure they are complete, clear, and accurate.
• Apply the specific requirements for each visa or travel document based on destination and product.
• Process applications using both our internal systems and government platforms.
• Spot and report errors or inconsistencies, working with the Customer Experience team to ensure clear communication with users.
• Follow detailed procedures to guarantee error-free submissions.
• Suggest process improvements to deliver a smoother traveler experience.
• Actively contribute to team productivity goals by demonstrating high performance.
