PT Mersifarma TM in Lima leads production planning activities and PPIC operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. The role focuses on developing annual and monthly production plans, ensuring availability of materials and finished goods, and driving efficiency across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a related field and has at least 3 years of PPIC experience, with strong English, leadership, and ERP skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 3+ years of PPIC experience in pharma/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control.
• Familiar with CPOB standards.
• Proficient in using ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual and monthly production planning based on forecasts.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Monitor and evaluate inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze data within the ERP system.
• Anticipate demand changes and adjust planning accordingly.
• Supervise and lead the PPIC team in daily operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth supply chain processes.
• Prepare regular reports on production, inventory, and supply performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in PPIC systems and processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy/Pharmacist, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries
• Strong understanding of Production Planning & Inventory Control processes
• Familiar with CPOB standards
• Proficient in using ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail in data processing
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Adaptive, a problem solver, and able to work in a dynamic environment
