TRANSFORMER PROTECTOR Corp (TPC) in Lima, Peru, is strengthening its Group R&D capabilities to develop next-generation prevention and safety systems for high-voltage environments and large power transformers.

This Group-level position based in Lima (TPSA) supports R&D strategy, standards, safety expertise, and long-term technology direction, with transnational collaboration and mentoring from the Group. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with English often used for technical exchanges.

Formación

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, High Voltage or Power Systems.
• 8+ years of experience in transformer engineering, HV systems or R&D.
• Strong expertise in power transformers and safety-related technologies.
• Recognised technical credibility and leadership.
• Innovation-oriented mindset with strong system vision.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, additional language highly recommended

TRANSFORMER PROTECTOR Corp (TPC), based in Lima, Peru, is dedicated to developing the sales and technical support of the TRANSFORMER PROTECTOR (TP) across Central and South America. TPC is strengthening its Group R&D capabilities to develop next-generation prevention and safety systems for high-voltage environments and large power transformers.

This Group-level position, based in Lima (TPSA), plays a transversal role across entities and contributes directly to future product generations, safety standards and long-term technology strategy.

The Power & High Voltage R&D Engineer is a Group-level position reporting hierarchically to the Group R&D Manager.

Although based in Lima (TPSA, Peru), the role contributes transversally to Group activities including R&D strategy, technical standards, safety expertise and development of next-generation products.

From a functional perspective, the role benefits from local technical support and mentoring, ensuring design consistency and alignment with industrial constraints, while maintaining a strong Group-level scope.
