Hitachi Energy Peru is seeking a skilled Project Planner to coordinate electrical service projects in the energy sector from our Lurín workshop. You will plan, schedule, and monitor progress, working with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and safe execution.

The role requires coordinating budgets, CAPEX/OPEX tracking, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in project planning/scheduling in electrical services, energy, or heavy industry.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Project for scheduling.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, logistics teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX budget control and reporting.
• Intermediate SAP experience for project control, procurement or budget tracking.
• Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work onsite at the Lurín workshop.
• Flexibility to support outside standard business hours when needed.

Job Description:

The Opportunity

Join our Services team and play a key role in planning and coordinating electrical service projects within the energy sector. In this position, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, logistics teams, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

You will have the opportunity to drive project execution through detailed planning, resource coordination, budget monitoring, and continuous communication with multiple stakeholders. This role offers exposure to electrical service operations, project controls, and business planning activities while supporting your professional growth in a dynamic environment.

• Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.
