Develop forward-looking business outlooks to identify future risks, opportunities, and investment priorities across multiple planning horizons.
Monitor forecast accuracy and planning KPIs, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions to improve business performance.
Partner with Marketplace teams to develop store productivity plans, evaluate store openings, closures, relocations, and renovations, and provide recommendations during planning cycles.
Work closely with Buying, Allocation, and Inventory Management teams to ensure product flow, inventory commitments, and planning assumptions support seasonal business strategies.
Monitor key business metrics including sales, margin, inventory, sell-through, traffic, conversion, ASP, UPT, and stock productivity, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
Analyze inventory health, weeks of supply, aged inventory exposure, and sales trends to identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity and business performance.
Build scenario planning models and conduct sensitivity analysis to support commercial and financial decision-making.
Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate markdown, pricing, and promotional strategies that support revenue, margin, and inventory objectives.
Lead and participate in regular business reviews, sharing performance updates, forecasting risks and opportunities, and influencing business actions through fact‑based recommendations.
