The North Face is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our Peru team in Lima. You will provide advice and insight into The North Face products tailored to customer needs, helping hikers, climbers and travelers find the right gear for their adventures.

You’ll thrive on outdoor activity knowledge and a customer‑first mindset. The role offers training, a supportive team, and an employee discount on products.
