VF Corporation is seeking a Store Manager in Peru to drive sales, lead a diverse team and oversee inventory and merchandising. You will foster a premium customer experience while implementing programs to boost business results and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, team development and a hands-on approach to retail operations within a global brand environment.

Formación

• Retail certificate an advantage but not essential.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Computer literate.
• Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills.

• Sales Performance and Targets
• Visual Merchandising
• Management of Inventory
• People Management
• Full Time- Sunday- Thursday
