MyOutDesk, LLC is seeking a sales professional for a full-time on-site role in Lima, Peru. You will handle outbound calls, qualify leads, and set appointments for a U.S.-based client.

You will work 100% on-site in San Isidro, Lima, use CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, and meet weekly activity targets while growing your numbers.

You are a sales professional who is comfortable on the phone. You have experience making outbound calls, talking to leads, following up, and setting appointments, and you enjoy it. You know how to start a conversation with a new contact, keep the follow-up going, and move an opportunity to the next step. You are used to working with targets and activity goals, and you like seeing your numbers grow. Your work history shows consistency, and you are looking for a long-term placement with a single U.S.-based client where you can keep growing in sales.

What You'll Be Doing

• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to introduce services, qualify interest, and start conversations.
• Follow up with leads by phone and email until they are ready to move forward.
• Set appointments, demos, and discovery calls for the client’s sales team.
• Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads against defined criteria.
• Present the client’s services clearly and professionally to prospects.
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date, with every call, email, and next step logged.
• Follow up on proposals and flag stalled opportunities early.
• Meet weekly activity targets, such as calls made, follow-ups completed, and appointments set.
• Work closely with the client team for smooth handoffs.

• 3+ years of experience in a sales role with outbound calling, lead follow-up, or appointment setting.
• Comfortable making outbound calls in English every day and speaking with U.S.-based leads.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong spoken and written English — C1 minimum.
• Willingness to work 100% on-site in our office located in San Isidro, Lima.
• Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar) — required.
• Your last 3 positions should reflect an average tenure of at least 1 year per role; this will be verified during the screening process.

• Compensation: S/ 2,200 – S/ 2,500 per month based on experience.
