San Marcos Unified School District is seeking a Part-time Paraeducator -PE to support classrooms in accordance with district guidelines. The position works 3.75 hours per day, 182 days per year.

Applicants must demonstrate California NCLB compliance. Acceptable proofs include CBEST, an Associate degree or higher, 48 college units, or proof of a passed NCLB test with a district. NCLB testing is offered by appointment if needed.

Part-time Paraeducator -PE positions are 3.75 hours per day, 182 days per year.

Employees new to the District are allowed salary schedule placement credit for up to two (2) years of previous experience with a maximum salary schedule entry placement for step three (3).

To qualify for a Paraeducator position, you must meet the State of California NCLB (No Child Left Behind) compliance requirement.
