Next Level Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a growing processing facility in Arequipa, Peru. This hands-on leadership role focuses on driving operational excellence in a fast-paced production environment.

You will oversee daily plant operations, production planning, scheduling, inventory, and shipping while ensuring strict food safety, quality, and safety compliance. A strong track record in improving processes and implementing ERP systems is highly valued.

Formación

• 7+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, poultry, or a similar production environment.
• Strong background in production planning, labour management, and plant operations.
• Experience with inventory control, production scheduling, and food safety programs.
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver operational results.
• Experience implementing ERP, inventory, or production management systems is an asset.
