Coforge is hiring a Mid UX/UI Designer to craft user-centered experiences for complex digital products. You will prototype with Figma, AI tools, and scalable design systems while partnering with product and engineering to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires strong English, mobile app design experience, and a commitment to accessibility and inclusive design in a remote LATAM-friendly environment.

Formación

• Portfolio demonstrating a clear design process and strong user-centered product experience work.
• Proficiency with Figma and AI prototyping tools, and design systems.
• Experience designing complex product experiences, such as B2B products, data-heavy platforms, AI-assisted, personalized, or recommendation-based features.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and established design methodologies.
• Ability to apply design methods and frameworks to deliver high-quality work within timelines.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Experience designing native mobile app experiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
