Techstart Perú S.A.C. is seeking several mid-level Full Stack AI Engineers to join our growing team on a contract basis.

You will own features end to end, from data pipelines and backend services through to the user-facing UI, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI and machine learning capabilities into production applications. Design, build, and maintain full stack features spanning backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and frontend UI, while integrating AI/ML models into production

Formación

• Experience in building full stack applications across frontend and backend domains.
• Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models into production workflows.
• Ability to write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain full stack features spanning backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and frontend UI.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production workflows and user-facing applications.
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code across the stack, from architecture to deployment.
• Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile environment.
• Build and optimize data pipelines that feed AI-driven features and analytics.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues from infrastructure to UI across the full stack.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and help shape product direction.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain full stack features spanning backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and frontend UI.
• Integrate AI/ML models (LLMs, embedding models, classification, and other ML systems) into production workflows and user-facing applications.
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code across the stack, owning your work from architecture through deployment.
• Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an agile environment.
• Build and optimize data pipelines that feed into AI-driven features and analytics.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, from infrastructure to UI.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and help shape the direction of the product.
