Job summary

OutCode, a global software development firm, is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer to design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365-based solutions, integrating them with other systems. The role requires backend experience with Python or PHP for integrations and automations, and strong API skills. This position is 100% remote from Peru with Deel-based contracting arrangements.

Work hours are 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Peru time, Monday to Friday, with Peru holidays observed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Sales, Customer Service, or other modules).
• Knowledge of backend development with Python or PHP.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST/SOAP APIs.
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL).
• Understanding of business processes and good development practices.
• Intermediate level of technical English.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs and web services.
• Implement automations, flows, and business processes.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing solutions.
• Document developments, configurations, and technical processes.
