OutCode, a global software development firm, is seeking a mid-level NetSuite Administrator to own the health, performance, and evolution of our NetSuite ERP environment. You'll be the go-to internal expert, keeping the system running smoothly and supporting users across departments.

The ideal candidate combines strong NetSuite functional knowledge with the ability to translate business needs into clean, efficient configurations across finance and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP administration.
• Strong knowledge of roles, permissions, saved searches, dashboards, SuiteFlow.
• Experience supporting finance or operations teams.
• Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day NetSuite operations including roles and permissions.

The ideal candidate combines strong NetSuite functional knowledge with the ability to translate business needs into clean, efficient system configurations.**NetSuite Administration*** Manage the day-to-day operations of the NetSuite platform, including roles, permissions, dashboards, and user access.* Configure and maintain custom fields, forms, records, and workflows.* Monitor system performance and keep the platform stable and reliable.**User Support*** Be the first call when something breaks or someone needs help.* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, errors, and user questions.* Provide training and documentation so teams can get the most out of the platform.* Assist with report creation and data extraction when needed.**System Optimization*** Spot opportunities to improve processes using built-in NetSuite capabilities.* Implement and maintain SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches, and reports.* Support automation of business processes and keep data integrity tight across the board.**Integrations & Data Management*** Support integrations between NetSuite and other business systems (CRM, e-commerce, logistics, etc.).* Handle data imports, exports, and migration activities.* Work with technical teams or vendors to troubleshoot integration issues before they snowball.**Reporting & Analytics*** Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards that people actually use.* Support business users with operational and financial reporting.* Ensure reporting accuracy and data consistency.**System Changes & Projects*** Participate in NetSuite enhancement projects and system upgrades.* Gather and document business requirements for system improvements.* Test new configurations and releases in sandbox before rolling anything to production.* Coordinate with external NetSuite partners or consultants when necessary.**Required Qualifications*** 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP in an Administrator or Power User role.* Strong working knowledge of NetSuite roles and permissions, saved searches, reports and dashboards, SuiteFlow workflows, and custom fields/forms.* Experience supporting finance or operations teams.* Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving instincts.* Clear communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical teammates.**Preferred Qualifications*** NetSuite Administrator Certification.* Experience with SuiteScript or SuiteAnalytics.* Familiarity with NetSuite integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools).* Background in Finance, Accounting, or ERP implementations.* Experience working with multi-subsidiary or international NetSuite environments.* Bonus points if you've worked in a fast-paced environment where you wore multiple hats.**How We'll Measure Success*** NetSuite system uptime and reliability.* User satisfaction and support resolution time.* Adoption of automated workflows across teams.* Accuracy and usability of reporting.* Measurable efficiency improvements in business processes.* Working in a fast-growing company.* International working environment.* 5 working days during the week.* Bonuses for achievement of objectives.# Location
