Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering or related field.
• Advanced English for verbal communication.
• 2+ years of work experience.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and analytical thinking.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Frontend experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Docker and Kubernetes knowledge.
• Based in Lima, with ability to work in Magdalena del Mar.

About the RoleWe are currently looking for Full Stack Software Engineers to join our team. As this role collaborates closely with international teams, daily communication is conducted in English. Applicants who submit their CV and application in English will be prioritized during the screening process. We don’t require experience in any specific programming language. We value strong engineering fundamentals and a willingness to learn, and we’re open to candidates from diverse technical backgrounds and tech stacks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics, or related fields.
• Advanced English level. The candidate must be able to communicate verbally in English.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience
• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Frontend experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle using Agile practices, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and initiative.
• Knowledge of DevOps, microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including SOLID principles, Clean Code, and building scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Must be based in Lima, Peru, with availability to work in Magdalena Del Mar.
