ASNP Law Office is seeking motivated Mandarin–Indonesian Interpreter Paralegals to join our team and support our core legal professionals.

You will interpret and translate Mandarin–Indonesian communications and legal documents, liaise with Chinese clients, manage social media content, attend meetings, prepare minutes, and assist in court proceedings by coordinating schedules and documents.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent command of Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong interest in interpreting and facilitating communication in legal fields.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret and translate Mandarin–Indonesian communications and legal documents for the legal team.
• Liaise with Chinese clients and counterparts.
• Assist in managing the Firm’s social media content and coordinating publications of activities and events.
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes; assist in court proceedings by coordinating schedules and preparing documents.

ASNP Law Office is seeking highly motivated candidates to join our team as Mandarin–Indonesian Interpreter Paralegals to support our core legal team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Chinese Literature (Sarjana Sastra Mandarin) or another relevant field supporting Mandarin communication skills;
• Minimum GPA of 3.20;
• Strong interest in interpreting and facilitating communication in legal-related fields;
• Excellent command of Mandarin (spoken and written);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment; and
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the legal team by interpreting and translating Mandarin–Indonesian communications and legal documents;
• Support the legal team in liaising with Chinese clients and counterparts;
• Assist in managing the Firm’s social media platforms, including preparing and coordinating content, drafting captions, scheduling posts, and supporting the publication of the Firm’s activities, achievements, events, and other relevant updates; and
• Attending meetings and preparing minutes of meeting, as well as assisting in court proceedings by coordinating schedules and preparing necessary documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship and/or working experience as a Mandarin–Indonesian translator or interpreter in a law firm or company;
• Basic understanding of Indonesian Law;
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Literature (Sarjana Sastra Mandarin); and
