PT Astra Graphia Information Technology seeks an experienced backend developer to build and orchestrate workflows using Golang and Temporal. You will design reliable state machines, retries, and error handling for long-running HR processes, integrating with .NET services, databases, and APIs.

The role requires strong REST, distributed systems, and microservices skills. Minimum 2 years of backend development with Golang, Docker/Git/CI/CD familiarity, and a solid testing mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Min 2 years of backend development experience with Golang.
• Hands-on knowledge of Temporal.io or similar workflow/orchestration platforms is highly preferable.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and microservices.
• Understanding of workflow concepts such as retries, timeout, state management, compensation, and idempotency.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Familiar with Docker, Git, CI/CD, logging, and monitoring practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business workflows.
