PT Astra Graphia Information Technology is seeking an ETL/Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain data integration pipelines for our HR platform. You will extract data from SAP and other HR sources, perform mapping and cleansing, and validate migrated data with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in ETL/data engineering, strong SQL (PostgreSQL preferred), and Python-based ETL development. Collaboration across BA, SAP, and database teams is essential for successful migrations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of ETL, data integration, or data engineering.
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL preferred.
• Experience developing ETL pipelines using Python or ETL frameworks.
• Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

3. Perform source-to-target mapping, data transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
4. Develop reusable ETL processes for master, transactional, and historical HR data.
5. Identify and resolve data quality, mapping, duplication, and migration issues.
6. Collaborate with BA, SAP Functional, Database, Backend, and business teams to validate migrateddata.
7. Perform ETL testing, performance optimization, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
8. Prepare data mapping, transformation rules, migration results, and reconciliation documentation.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, orequivalent experience.2
2. Min 2-3 years of experience in ETL, data integration, or data engineering.
3. Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
4. Experience developing ETL pipelines using Python and/or established ETL frameworks/tools.
5. Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
6. Experience with large-scale system/data migration is highly preferable.
7. Familiarity with SAP/HR data structures or migration from enterprise legacy systems is highlypreferable.
8. Good analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
