Job summary

INNIO is seeking an onsite IT professional to ensure that meeting rooms, Teams Rooms, AV, and printing services are reliable and user-friendly for daily business. You will work closely with colleagues, business users and external partners to deliver smooth collaboration experiences.

The role demands calm under pressure, ownership, and strong communication, with responsibilities spanning live events, town halls, and secure printing, while enabling productive gatherings for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, ideally 2nd or 3rd level support.
• Knowledge of Teams Rooms, meeting room tech, or unified communications.
• Understanding of AV, video conferencing, streaming or live events.
• Print infrastructure and secure printing knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Microsoft environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure and improve Teams Rooms and meeting room tech across the organization.
• Design and implement modern collaboration and conferencing solutions with stakeholders.
• Support AV systems, video conferencing and live streaming for events.
• Provide live support for town halls, hybrid meetings and leadership communications.
• Ensure reliable printing and output services, including secure printing and vendor management.
• Deliver 2nd and 3rd level IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

In this role, you will ensure that our meeting rooms, collaboration technology, live event setups and print services are reliable, user-friendly and ready for daily business. You will support Microsoft Teams Rooms, professional AV and live production environments, secure print services and high-profile meetings with senior stakeholders. Working closely with colleagues, business users and external partners, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong communication skills, service orientation and a structured approach to solving problems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure and continuously improve Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting room technologies across the organization.

• Support audio-visual (AV) systems, video conferencing and live streaming technologies for business-critical events.
• Provide technical preparation and live support for town halls, executive meetings, hybrid events and leadership communications.
• Ensure reliable operation of printing and output services, including secure printing infrastructure and vendor management.
• Deliver advanced 2nd and 3rd level IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, peripheral and collaboration technology issues.
• Provide professional, discreet technical support to executive and C-level stakeholders, ensuring seamless meeting experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardization, documentation, training materials and optimization of IT support processes and services.

Your Profile:

• Experience in IT support, ideally within a 2nd or 3rd level support environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, meeting room technologies, or unified communications solutions.
• Understanding of professional AV, video conferencing, streaming, or live event technologies.
• Familiarity with print infrastructure, secure printing solutions, and output management is an advantage.
• Experience with ServiceNow or comparable IT service management tools.Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, iOS, and macOS environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leaders and external partners.
• Fluent German and good English skills, with a service-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset; willingness to occasionally support events outside regular working hours and travel as needed
