Job summary

INNIO Group in Jenbach, Tyrol, Austria, offers a full-time internship in the Supplier Quality Team. You will qualify new suppliers, analyze defects, and support design changes and new product introductions while collaborating with the supply chain team.

The role requires an technical degree in progress or recently completed (HTL/BA/MA), strong English and good German, and MS Office proficiency. On-site with potential for extension and permanent employment.

Job description

INNIO's Supplier Quality Team is the primary interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders. The team is responsible for the development of critical components together with the suppliers as well as for quality management, continuous improvement, root cause analysis and qualifications for purchased components. Through successful supplier development, we strive for a zero-defect mentality in all phases of the product supply chain to ensure that components are delivered on time and according to specification.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the qualification of new suppliers and purchased parts

Your Profile:

• Ongoing or recently completed technical degree (Bachelor/Master) or higher technical college (e.g. Austrian HTL)
• Independent, structured, and analytical working style
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• First knowledge in project or quality management and familiarity with MS Office applications
• Excellent command of English; strong German skills are desirable
• A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

The internship is a full-time position for at least 6 months. The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.698,59 gross per month (x 14).

Based in Jenbach, Tyrol, this position offers no remote work option. It provides an excellent entry point for a long-term career at INNIO, with possibilities for extension and potential permanent employment.
