Robert Bosch Group is offering a full-time paid internship for college students in Lima, Peru. You will assist in preparing HR reports, building dashboards, and identifying automation opportunities using Microsoft tools.

The role emphasizes learning and applying automation and AI to improve HR processes and employee experience, including onboarding and learning administration.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Familiar with Microsoft Ecosystem and automation concepts.
• Able to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Support the preparation of regular HR reports and dashboards.
• Support the development and maintenance of HR dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Identify manual HR processes that can be improved through automation.
• Assist in developing automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Copilot.
• Support testing and implementation of HR automation projects.
• Explore and apply AI solutions to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
• Analyze existing HR workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Support the creation of documentation and user guides for automation solutions.
• Support HR digital transformation projects, including onboarding, workforce reporting, and learning administration.

Job Description

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic understanding of automation and workflow concepts.
• Familiar with Microsoft Ecosystem (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot, SharePoint, Excel Automation such as Power Query, VBA, or scripting)
• Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to explore innovative digital solutions.
