Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead payroll coordination, recruitment, and training across Asia. You will manage payroll data and accounting bookings, coordinate staff training with regional HR, and maintain accurate HR records.

The role requires strong HRIS experience, labor law understanding, and English fluency, with a focus on Seoul and regional operations.

• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly payroll data for local staff and expatriates with payroll vendor.
• Process staff cost related accounting bookings.
• Manage recruitment activities from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
• Coordinate delivery of training programs with regional HR and business heads.
• Maintain up-to-date staff records in HR systems and produce internal/external reports.

Descripción del empleo

• Prepare monthly payroll data for both local staff & expatriates with payroll vendor.
• Process staff cost related accounting booking.

Recruitment

• Manage recruiting activities from job posting, arranging interviews, to on-boarding in timely manner and act as a liaison between Head of business lines.

Training

• To coordinate the delivery of necessary training programs in close coordination with Regional/HO HR, and each Head of business lines.
• Arrange mandatory training courses required by law in time.

Other HR operations

• To maintain up-to-date staff record on HR systems.
• Internal/external reporting and controls.
• Implementation of HR policies, projects.
• Any work assigned by the manager.

• Experience in payroll, compensation coordination
• Understanding of labor law
