LEONI is seeking a senior leader to head the national Value Chain Management function in Peru, driving strategy, budgeting, and performance improvements across automotive supply chains. You will oversee multiple teams, ensure adherence to standards, and promote best practices across sites within the region.

The role requires a decade of experience in value chain management, strong KPI and budgeting skills, and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 10 years of experience in Supply Chain / Value Chain Management in automotive/harness environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams and units.
• Strong knowledge of KPI management, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the national Value Chain Management function in alignment with defined KPIs and business objectives.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and processes (IATF, ISO 14001, etc.).
• Manage budgets and resources to support operational and strategic goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective action plans when needed.
• Drive organizational development, succession planning, and team performance improvement.
• Represent the Value Chain function within the organization and promote best practices across sites.
