ITP Media Group seeks a skilled Graphic Designer – Events & Media to craft visual identities for events, publications, and digital campaigns. You will work across posters, banners, brochures, social media creatives, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high production quality.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience in events/media/publishing, strong Adobe Suite skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Experience Required - 2 to 5 Years as graphic designer preferably from Events / Media / Publishing background

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer – Events & Media to create high-quality visual communication across events, media, publishing, print, digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in graphic design, event branding, publication design, visual identity, digital design, and print production, with the ability to take projects from concept development and creative execution to final artwork and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Create event branding and visual identity including posters, invitations, banners, backdrops, stage graphics, signage, booth graphics, certificates, and event collaterals.

• Develop event design systems and marketing collaterals aligned with brand guidelines and event themes.

• Design and layout brochures, media kits, company profiles, newsletters, reports, and other publications.

• Create engaging social media creatives, emailers, digital campaigns, and online marketing assets.

• Adapt creative concepts across multiple print and digital formats, platforms, and dimensions while maintaining brand consistency.

• Apply strong principles of typography, layout design, visual hierarchy, colour theory, imagery, and branding.

• Prepare print-ready and production-ready artwork, including pre-press files, colour specifications, bleed, resolution, and finishing requirements.

• Coordinate with event managers, marketing teams, editorial teams, printers, fabricators, vendors, and production partners for smooth execution.

• Review proofs, samples, and final outputs to ensure design accuracy and production quality.

• Manage multiple graphic design projects, creative briefs, revisions, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain organised artwork files, templates, brand assets, and design guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Commercial Arts, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Events, Media, Publishing, Advertising, or Entertainment.

• Strong portfolio showcasing Event Design, Event Branding, Publication Design, Print Design, Digital Design, Branding, and Social Media Design.

• Mandatory proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.

• Basic/Advanced Experience with AI-powered image generation and creative AI tools for concept development, visual ideation, image generation, enhancement, and creative asset production.

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, typography, layout, branding, visual identity, print production, and pre-press.

• Experience in vendor coordination, printer coordination, event production, and artwork execution.

• Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
