Job summary

Unify Dots is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance ERP consultant to lead implementation projects in Peru. You will participate in the full project lifecycle, conduct client workshops, and configure modules across GL, AP, AR, and more.

The role requires 3+ years of D365/AX experience and fluent English. A work-from-home setup is supported with a laptop provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and AX2012R3.
• Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, budgeting, fixed assets, project accounting, bank, and financial reporting.
• Conversational English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the D365 project life cycle (analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, support).
• Conduct client workshops to define business requirements and capture them in BRDs/FRDs/User Stories.
• Write design documents for customizations and reports, including test scenarios.
• Configure D365 for GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Bank, and Financial Reporting.
• Data mapping and import into D365 using data entities.
• Do field mapping between D365 and other integrating systems.
• Perform testing including functional, integration, and automated testing with Regression suite.
• Conduct training for D365 and associated systems.
• Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live support to clients.
• Write 1-2 D365 blogs per year on Unify Dots blog.

Job description

Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:

• (a) Participate in all phases of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance ERP ("D365") project life cycle including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support.
• (b) Conduct client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the ERP solution. Capture these requirements in Business Scenario Documents/Functional Requirements Documents / User Stories per the requirements of the project.
• (c) Writing design documents for any customizations and reports for D365. Ensure the design documents capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios.
• (d) Configure D365 for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, Fixed Assets, Tax, Bank Management, Project Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• (e) Data mapping and import data into D365 using data entities.
• (f) Do field mapping between D365 and other integrating systems.
• (g) Perform testing including functional testing, integration testing and automated testing using the Regression suite automation test tool.
• (h) Conduct training for D365 and associated systems to clients.
• (i) Provide pre-go live and post go live support to clients.
• (j) Write 1-2 D365 functional blogs articles per year on the Unify Dots blog.
