Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH is seeking an expert software engineer to help build enterprise-grade systems for the digital power grid. You will work in an agile team, own design decisions, and contribute to code reviews with a focus on reliability and performance.

You bring 5+ years of experience with TypeScript, Docker, and Linux, plus a CS background and interest in cyber security. Flexible hours and a collaborative, cross-functional Scrum environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production systems with TypeScript, Docker and Linux (PostgreSQL experience is a plus).
• Designed and developed large-scale enterprise software over multiple years.
• Sound architectural and implementation judgment supporting long-term health of the product.
• Strong ownership for code quality, system reliability, performance and maintainability.
• Background in Computer Science and interest in Cyber Security.
• Autonomous, structured, collaborative Scrum team member.
• Clear communication skills in English.
