Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) to design and deploy multi-step agentic systems for real-world clients. You will translate AI prototypes into production-ready, scalable solutions that integrate with customer environments.

You’ll work on agent workflows with LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen, focusing on robust governance, observability, and secure deployments while collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing multi-step agentic systems and autonomous agents.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of transformer architectures and tool-calling patterns.
• Experience with agent orchestration, multi-agent coordination, and observability for long-running workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
