BairesDev is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and develop multi-step agentic systems that connect generative AI models with real-world tools, enabling autonomous, long-running workflows.

You will build orchestration frameworks, implement tool-calling, optimize transformer-based reasoning, and work with a global remote team to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Experience building agentic systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong Python proficiency and tool-calling / multi-agent coordination.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and observability for long-running AI workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Agentic AI Engineer at BairesDev

As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will design and develop advanced multi-step agentic systems to solve complex operational challenges. You will act as a link between generative AI models and functional tools, creating autonomous agents capable of orchestration, coordination, and executing long-running workflows.
