As an AI Engineer (Agents), you will design, build, and optimize multi-step agentic workflows that reason, call tools, and execute complex tasks to meet business goals with minimal human intervention.

You'll work with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen and transformer models, ensuring observability, safety, and scalable performance while collaborating with product teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience focused on AI systems.
• Experience building multi-step agentic systems with LangGraph/CrewAI/AutoGen.
• Strong understanding of transformer architectures and LLM tool-calling.
• Experience with agent orchestration and state management.
• Proficient in Python with observability for long-running workflows.
• Advanced English proficiency.

AI Engineer (Agents) at BairesDev

As an AI Engineer specialized in Agents, you will design and build autonomous, multi-step systems capable of reasoning and executing complex tasks. You will act as the architect for agentic workflows, ensuring that models can effectively use tools and collaborate to achieve high-level business objectives with minimal intervention.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement multi-agent coordination frameworks to solve intricate, long-running workflows.
• Develop robust tool-calling mechanisms and API integrations to extend the capabilities of autonomous agents.
• Orchestrate agentic reasoning and planning logic using advanced frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Optimize agent performance through structured observability, monitoring for loops, and managing context rot.
• Ensure the reliability and safety of agentic systems by implementing rigorous evaluation and moderation guardrails.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate high-level goals into executable agent personas and task structures.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on AI systems or agentic workflows.
• Proven expertise in building multi-step agentic systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and LLM capabilities such as tool calling and reasoning.
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration, multi-agent coordination, and state management.
• Proficiency in Python and implementing observability for long-running agentic workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
