Enterprise Edge in Lima, Peru seeks an experienced Event Manager to deliver the CIO & CISO Edge Peru conference, a premier B2B IT leadership event focused on Digital Transformation, Innovation, and Emerging Industry Trends. Immediate start.

Based in Lima, you will manage speaker recruitment, delegate check-ins, registration, venue coordination, and sponsorship liaison, coordinating with hotel and catering teams to ensure flawless execution, while maintaining a proactive and professional presence.

Formación

• Must be available to start immediately.
• Must reside in Lima, Peru.
• Must be available on 29th October 2026 (All Day).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience in business events, event coordination, management, or hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Support the smooth delivery of the event from setup to completion.
• Manage delegate check-ins and registration.
• Delegate and community management.
• Speaker recruitment.
• Coordinate and assist event speakers, sponsors, and partners.
• Liaise with hotel staff and catering teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Maintain a professional, attentive, and proactive presence.
• Facilitate introductions and networking between delegates and sponsors.
• Hours of work - 1 pm to 5 pm Tuesday to Friday.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and professional Event Manager to join our international events team to help deliver our upcoming CIO & CISO Edge Peru conference — a premier B2B IT leadership event where technology and business leaders connect to discuss Digital Transformation, Innovation, and Emerging Industry Trends.

This is an immediate-start position based in Lima, Peru ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working closely with senior business and technology executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the smooth delivery of the event from setup to completion
• Manage delegate check-ins and registration
• Delegate and community management
• Speaker recruitment
• Coordinate and assist event speakers, sponsors, and partners
• Liaise with hotel staff and catering teams to ensure flawless execution
• Maintain a professional, attentive, and proactive presence throughout the event
• Facilitate introductions and networking between delegates and sponsors

Requirements
