NEON, The Northside Economic Opportunity Networks, in Minneapolis, seeks a Business Advisor to mentor and guide local entrepreneurs. You will refine business ideas, develop strategies, and navigate challenges while advising on development and operations.

Responsibilities include managing 25–40 client caseloads, delivering trainings, assisting with capital needs and filings, and ensuring program objectives are met with accurate reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Square and TurboTax.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and engage new clients and assist with startup processes.
• Manage a caseload of ~25–40 business clients with ongoing support.
• Provide readiness coaching and develop individualized work plans.
• Track monthly progress and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Assist clients with capital needs and loan applications.
• Review business plans, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Guide proof-of-concept, leasing, and real estate needs.
• Submit reports per funder guidelines and provide consulting.
• Deliver workshops and NEON entrepreneur trainings.
