Busy Biz Solutions SAC is seeking a Cruise Advisor Network Coordinator to recruit, enroll, and support independent cruise travel advisors in the Cruiser Travels network. The role emphasizes English communication with U.S.-based professionals and strong relationship-building amid a dynamic, metrics-driven program.

The position starts in‑office with initial training, then may transition to a hybrid schedule based on performance and business needs.

Formación

• Exceptional English communication required for daily interactions with U.S.-based professionals.
• Strong verbal and written communication in business contexts.
• Ability to conduct calls, meetings, and presentations professionally in English.
• Experience in recruiting, enrollment, or advisor communities a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and enroll advisors into the Cruiser Travels Independent Cruise Travel Advisor Network.
• Coordinate onboarding, training sessions, and events for advisors.
• Manage advisor relationships and provide ongoing support and program feedback.
• Maintain CRM records and track recruitment metrics across campaigns.
