Job Summary

The Property Manager at NEON ensures seamless day-to-day operations across NEON locations by managing office systems, facilities, and front-facing services that support staff, members, and community partners.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for two NEON locations, ensuring smooth operations and a positive member experience.
  • Manage leases, shared space agreements, and building policies in partnership with leadership.
  • Provide front-line support to staff, co-working members, and the public, addressing inquiries and service needs.
  • Coordinate mail, courier services, meeting room scheduling, and shared space usage.
  • Maintain accurate member records and support daily co-working operations.
  • Manage meeting room and food hall scheduling, documentation, and logistics for NEON Collective Kitchens.
  • Support building access systems and provide backup access administration as needed.
  • Act as a liaison with IT and service vendors to coordinate technology support and resolve issues.
  • Manage employee technology access, onboarding/offboarding requests, and equipment inventory.
  • Oversee office technology, ensuring systems and communication tools remain functional and efficient.
  • Coordinate daily office and facility operations, including maintenance, vendor management, and shared services.
  • Support budgeting, purchasing, contract coordination, and facilities planning activities.
  • Lead coordination of emergency preparedness, office improvements, and workspace transitions.
  • Manage member fee administration and support workplace onboarding and resource coordination.
  • Coordinate vendor sourcing and purchasing for facilities and office needs.
  • Ensure meeting and shared spaces are fully equipped, stocked, and ready for use.
  • Support cross-functional projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
  • You have a high school diploma or GED.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in office management, facilities coordination, operations, or a related field.
  • You are interested in the nonprofit human services sector; nonprofit experience is preferred.
  • You have experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, or facilities teams.
  • You can address renter concerns, navigate conflict, and set appropriate boundaries.
  • You are willing and able to handle occasional on-call or after-hours issues.
  • You build strong relationships with staff, co-working members, and service providers.
  • You proactively identify and resolve operational and facility issues.
  • You are physically able to navigate stairs and access areas that may not be handicap accessible when necessary.
  • You quickly learn new technology systems and know how to organize and manage information effectively.
  • You create systems and document processes to improve efficiency.
  • You are a self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision.
  • You are approachable, positive, and committed to exceptional customer service.
  • You are a collaborative team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • You manage competing priorities with urgency and a results-focused approach.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • You understand office operations and equipment.
  • You have a valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation, and the ability to meet NEON’s driving record requirements.
Wages

$21.63 - $26.44 hourly, depending on qualifications and experience.
