Hitachi Rail is seeking a skilled professional to support the design and coordination of core E&M installation works for railway projects in Peru. You will prepare CSD/SEM drawings, verify installation designs across signaling, power, communications, AFC, security, and PA systems, and interface with civil, architectural, utilities, rolling stock, and track works.

You will also generate as-built drawings, attend clash resolution meetings, and produce technical reports and correspondence.

Formación

• Experience with core E&M installation works in rail environments.
• Knowledge of core E&M installation works on wayside, depot and equipment rooms.
• Familiarity with cable routings and track works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and drawing generation.
• Experience in coordinating across civil, architectural, utilities, and rolling stock interfaces.
• Ability to write technical reports and meeting minutes.

Responsabilidades

• Identify contract requirements for equipment and cableways installation design.
• Coordinate and verify installation design of rail systems technologies (Signalling, Power Supply and Traction Power, Telecommunications, AFC, Security/Surveillance, PA, etc.).
• Prepare and generate the Combined Service Drawings (CSD) and SEM drawings for Core E&M Systems including Track Works.
• Prepare as-built drawings.
• Attend or chair clash detection resolution meetings.
• Reply work-related letters, emails, or RFIs.
• Visit construction sites and prepare related reports; solve clashes using CSD & SEM.
• Record and compile letters, meeting minutes, documents and issues.
• Report work status to Project Office and Hitachi Rail.

Job Description

• Identify contract requirements in terms of equipment and cableways installation design and monitor their compliance within the assigned Project.
• Coordinate and verify the installation design of the main railway systems technologies (Signalling, Power Supply and Traction Power, Telecommunications, Automatic Fare Collection, Security/Surveillance, Public Address, etc.).
• Prepare and Generate the Combined Service Drawings (CSD) and Structural Electrical Mechanical Drawings (SEM) for the Core Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) Systems including Track Works of a Railway or Metro Rapid Transit System by interfacing with all the systems of the including civil, architectural, utilities, rolling stock, track works, and Core E&M- Support Construction activities by mitigating and assessing any upcoming deviation.
• Prepare As-built drawings.
• Prepare, attend or chair clash detection resolution meetings.
• Reply work related formal letters, e-mails, or request of information.
• Visit construction sites, prepare related reports, and solve for clash by using CSD & SEM.
• Exchange work related information by requested time.
• Report work status and issues to Project Office and Company.
• Record and compile work related letters, meeting minutes, document and issues.
