EC Electric is recruiting for a senior electrical project leadership role in Peru. The position oversees multiple Project Managers on large-scale electrical construction endeavors, driving bids, planning, execution, and successful project turnover.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in selling, estimating, and managing complex projects, with deep knowledge of electrical codes and heavy power systems. A competitive compensation plan accompanies significant career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience in selling, estimating, and managing multiple projects and PMs.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering plus 10 years' construction project experience, or in lieu of degree, 5 years' experience as an Electrical Foreman/General Foreman on large projects, plus 10 years as a Project Manager.
• Proven record of successful relationships and marketing skills.
• Superior knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods.
• Proven experience managing 100k+ man-hour projects.
• Experience with heavy power distribution systems, instrumentation installation, and process control and system integration.
• Thorough knowledge of QA/QC procedures and system turnover.
• Ability to demonstrate high competency in labor, material, and contract management.
• Competency in earned-value tracking, labor efficiency index, and crew factors.
• Experience in electrical subcontracting.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise multiple Project Managers who are managing multiple projects.
• Manage up to $30 million electrical construction projects or multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Make decisions concerning project cost, time, and performance.
• Be accountable for project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and job closure.
• Provide monthly project status detail and percent of completion reports.
• Monitor and control project through administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure completion on schedule and within budget.
• Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging ones.
• Interface with contractors, vendors and in-house operations.
• Cross-sell other company operations through fully integrated solutions.
• Support an injury-free work environment and safety culture.

Salaryrangeforthispositionis$140,000-$200,000annually.
