Lalamove is seeking a Driver Operations Associate for our Jakarta hub. You will manage offline presence activities, onboard drivers, and safeguard inventory for branded vehicles. This role requires close collaboration with the City Teams and driver quality teams.

You will help grow our network of driver partners and ensure efficient operations across the hub, with on-site work in Jakarta Selatan or Jakarta Barat.

Formación

• Graduate from a reputable university in operations management.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Google Spreadsheets.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan or Jakarta Barat (Full WFO).

Responsabilidades

• Manage all operational activities at the Hub, including driver onboarding and offline presence.
• Increase brand awareness by growing the number of branded vehicles.
• Monitor daily driver operations and attributes distributions.
• Oversee offline presence inventory and weekly stock inventory.
• Support Large 4W driver acquisitions in satellite offices.
• Collaborate with Offline Presence Sr Associate and Lead Generation team.
• Coordinate with driver quality team to align materials with SOP.

What you’ll do:

• Manage all operational activities at the Hub, from offline presence acquisition (sticker & Lalabag), driver acquisition & onboarding, and driver education
• Increase Lalamove's brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles (4W Sticker, 2W Lalabag).
• Monitor daily activities of drivers operations support during calls, sticker installation, and driver attributes distributions
• In charge of the offline presence inventory (stock availability for sticker & Lalabag, procurement, weekly stock inventory)
• Help & support Large 4W driver acquisitions in the surrounding Satellite Office
• Work closely with Offline Presence Sr Associate and Lead Generation team
• Collaborate with driver quality team to make sure all drivers materials are accordingly based on our latest SOP
