Anda akan menyusun laporan kinerja dengan KPI dan bekerja sama dengan tim pemeliharaan untuk menjaga peralatan tetap optimal serta mengidentifikasi peluang perbaikan proses guna meningkatkan produktivitas

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards.
• Ensure production targets are met and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff to improve skills and performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
