Hitachi Rail Limited is seeking a commissioning professional to define and drive the commissioning strategy for complex projects in Peru. The role requires ensuring the entire commissioning activity schedule aligns with construction and project delivery plans, while meeting RAMS, quality, and safety standards.

You will also manage interfaces with clients and third parties, oversee on-site HSE plans, and ensure a smooth handover of systems to the Operator.

Competenze

• From 5 up to 10 Years of expertise
• Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or Information Technology degree or equivalent

Mansioni

• Define and implement the commissioning strategy
• Create and synchronize the overall commissioning activity schedule with construction and delivery plans
• Ensure on-time delivery of commissioning activities in line with RAMS, quality and safety requirements
• Implement HSE plans on site during commissioning
• Manage interfaces with Client/Engineer/Third parties during tests and commissioning
• Oversee proper handover of the system to the Operator

Accountabilities

• Ensure the definition of the commissioning strategy
• Ensure the definition of the whole commissioning project activity schedule and its integration and synchronization with the construction activities and the project delivery work plan
• Ensure the on time delivery of the commissioning activities in accordance with commissioning strategy, the projects schedule and in accordance with RAMS, quality and safety requirements.
• Ensure the effective implementation of HSE plans on site during commissioning phase
• Ensure the correct interface management with the Client/Engineer/Third parties during the tests and commissioning phase
• Ensure the proper hand over of the system to the Operator
