Reboot Monkey in San Isidro Lima, Peru, seeks a Data Center Technician to support critical infrastructure in world-class facilities. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining server and network equipment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data center operations, strong cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OS2 fiber), and mentions on-call rotations. Certifications such as CDCP/CDCS/CDCE or CCNA are preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Cat6/6a and fiber cabling experience preferred.
• Strong documentation and incident-response skills.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security)
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades

Compensation & Benefits

S/42,000-60,000/year (PEN annual)

Work Schedule

• Full-time permanent position
• Standard business hours with on-call rotation
• Shift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment
