DIMOCO Payments is seeking a Content & Communications Specialist to turn complex fintech topics into clear stories and to maintain the brand voice across English and German.

You will own the editorial calendar, produce varied formats from LinkedIn hooks to press releases, and use AI to scale output while preserving a distinct human touch, collaborating with a global team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B content, communications or PR; fintech/Payments/SaaS preferred.
• Excellent writing in English and German; clear, factual, no filler.
• Strong organizational skills; manage an editorial calendar with deadlines and approvals.
• Experience using AI to increase output while preserving a human voice.
• Ability to craft multiple formats: LinkedIn hook, long blog, case study, press release.
• Understanding of demand generation; know content's funnel role and impact.

• +4 years in B2B content, communications or PR. Payments, fintech, SaaS or another explaining-heavy industry is an advantage.


• Writing that is clear, factual and free of filler, in English and German.


• Strong organisational skills. You run an editorial calendar other people can rely on: deadlines, review loops, approvals, and the follow-ups.


• AI in your production line, not in your voice. You use it to work at a volume that would otherwise be impossible, and the output still reads like a specific person.


• Range. A LinkedIn hook, a 1,200 word blog article, a case study and a press release are four different crafts, and you can switch between them in the same day without everything sounding the same.


• Demand generation literacy. You know where a piece sits in the funnel, what it is supposed to do, and which numbers tell you whether it did it.
