CIMB Niaga in Lima, Peru is seeking a Head of Business Process Analytics to lead Treasury-related analytics and policy governance. You will partner with risk, operations, and other units to align daily activities with approved policies.

The role focuses on annual policy reviews, risk mitigation, and ensuring treasury processes and payments comply with regulator requirements. Leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Set up guidance (Policy and Procedure) to conduct daily activities.

• Mitigate risk events and ensure regulatory compliance for Treasury activities.
• Report punctuality to the respective unit.
• Manage third party and other payments to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategy and planning across Treasury and FI units, ensuring policy alignment.
• Ensure operational risk is managed in Treasury per regulations and internal rules.
• Lead treasury process improvements with cross-unit collaboration.
• Support management by delivering timely, accurate reports and analytics.

Job Description

Strategy and Planning

• Working together with other business units to set up guidance (Policy and Procedure) to conduct daily activities.
• To conduct annual review on Policy & Procedure for Treasury and other Business Unit (i.e. Risk Management, Operations) which related to Treasury role.
• To mitigate risk event, assist Treasury business to solve problem related to operational activity issues and also to ensure operational activity Treasury comply with regulator.
• Sent the report punctually to the respective unit.
• Responsible to manage approval authorities related to Treasury activities
• Managing operational risk in Treasury has been carried out properly according to the rules/regulations.
• Managing business process in Treasury
• Ensure third party and other payments are completed

Business Performance and Management

• Displays drive, focus, energy and Perseveres until desired results are achieved
• Ensures consistency, quality, timeliness and completeness of assigned tasks
• Proactive in providing assistance to other business units in completing tasks or projects
• Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time

People Management

• Works with all related business party to ensure all business process is valid and reliable

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensures all Treasury staff are in compliance with internal regulations
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (eg. PBI, PADG, POJK, etc.) and external auditors
