Job summary

Talan is hiring a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will gather requirements from stakeholders in the United States, translate them into functional specs, and support delivery of high-quality solutions.

Strong English communication and 4+ years of BA experience are essential. The role offers remote work within CET time zone and opportunities to work on international projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional analysis role.
• Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts, processes, and related financial products.
• Experience working with Value at Risk (VaR) and Stress Testing.
• Experience working with Agile and/or traditional project environments.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English level (minimum B2) with the ability to communicate effectively with US-based stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable development requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions. In this position, you will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams, gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

A significant part of the role involves collaborating with business users based in the United States, making strong communication skills and a high level of English proficiency essential.
