Job summary

Talan Spain is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will gather and analyze requirements, translate them into functional specs, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions for cross-border stakeholders.

This role collaborates with US-based users, so strong English and excellent communication are essential. Remote work within CET time zone is offered, with opportunities to join a multicultural, international team on important projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional analysis role.
• Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts, processes, and related financial products.
• Experience with Value at Risk (VaR) and Stress Testing.
• Experience working with Agile and/or traditional project environments.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English level (minimum B2) with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders based in the United States.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable development requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions. In this position, you will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams, gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
