BairesDev is seeking an Analytics Engineer to bridge data engineering and analytics by building clean, tested, and documented data models that enable analysts and data scientists to access reliable, self-service data structures.

You will design and implement robust dbt-based models, write efficient SQL for Snowflake or BigQuery, and apply software engineering practices while collaborating with data engineers and analysts across a 100% remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Proven expertise in data modeling and building clean, tested, and documented data models.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement robust data models using dbt to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for high-performance data processing in Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Apply software engineering best practices to data transformation, including version control, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with data engineers to streamline ingestion and with analysts to define key metrics and dimensions.
• Maintain and improve the data warehouse architecture to support scalable reporting and analytics.

As an Analytics Engineer, you will bridge the gap between data engineering and analytics by building clean, tested, and documented data models. You will ensure that analysts and data scientists have access to reliable, self-service data structures that drive informed business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement robust data models using dbt to transform raw data into actionable insights.

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on experience using dbt to transform data and bridge the gap between engineering and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
