BairesDev is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to transform raw GTM and CRM data into structured Snowflake layers using dbt. This hands-on role focuses on dimensional modeling, medallion architecture, and delivering trusted analytics for product and business teams.

You'll work 100% remotely with flexible hours, collaborating with a global Top 1% data community. Proficiency in SQL, English, and dbt is essential, along with experience in Salesforce, Gong, and related data sources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering with strong proficiency in dbt and Snowflake.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Background in dimensional modeling, including star schemas and conformed dimensions.
• Hands-on experience with medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Familiarity with semantic layer development, including metric definitions and semantic views.
• Experience modeling conversation transcripts or unstructured text for analytics.
• Knowledge of dbt testing, validation, and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex, including verified queries and agent-facing datasets.
• Background in Snowflake governance, including tagging, masking policies, and row access.
• Experience modeling GTM and CRM data (Salesforce, Gong, activity logs).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
