CACEIS Malaysia is seeking an Analyst for Simcorp Dimension support and maintenance, located in IOI City, Putrajaya. You will handle incidents, system monitoring, and end-user support within a global asset servicing network.

The role requires 3-4 years of Simcorp Dimension experience, strong SQL skills, and excellent communication. A finance or banking background is preferred, with a focus on operational excellence and process standardization.

• Solving application incidents.
• Maintaining Simcorp Dimension System Operations Platform (SOP).
• Solving Batch job incidents.
• Provide end user support.
• Authorization management.
• Constructively escape to other parties in case of data delivery issues.
• System monitoring.
• Ensures ongoing maintenance as well as updating of documentation and test data.
