Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Mobile) to design and ship AI-powered Android apps. You will work on multi-agent orchestration, leveraging LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source frameworks, delivering features through Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

This role requires 3+ years in software engineering, strong English, self-direction, and the ability to own work from idea to release. We offer 100% remote work, flexible hours, and competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent open-source frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• Self-directed product engineering mindset, able to work from a 1-pager or PRD without hand-holding.
• Full-stack range with comfort diving into unfamiliar codebases.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
