Overview

Accounts Receivable Specialist (Entry Level) — We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team at a leading hospitality company in West Los Angeles. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within the finance department.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
