Sephora SEA is seeking an Arabic-speaking Accounts Payable Accountant for its Shared Services Centre – Middle East Operations. You will manage high-volume vendor invoices, coordinate with suppliers, and support internal controls over disbursements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least 2 years in accounting, SAP experience, and strong communication in Arabic and English to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and relevant accounting experience
• 2+ years of accounting experience; SAP experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritise work

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for accounts payable tasks with efficiency and accuracy, including vendor invoice processing for high volumes and disbursements, vendor communications and internal control monitoring
• Ensure proper controls on disbursements and electronic payments
• Meet monthly, quarterly, half-year and year-end close deadlines

Accounts Payable Accountant (Middle East Team) - 12-Month Contract

Sephora is looking for an Arabic-speaking Accounts Payable Accountant for our Shared Service Centre – Middle East Operations. As an Arabic-speaking Accounts Payable Accountant within our team, you will report to the Assistant Accounts Payable Manager for Shared Services and play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of the ongoing financial operations and will be expected to take complete ownership of your areas of focus.

• Ensuring proper controls on disbursements and electronic payments

We would love to hear from you if you are/have…

• Fluent in Arabic and English
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting
• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting function
• Large ERP system experience, SAP preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritise work
